Stephanie Drahos Rowley, 32
Stephanie was called home by the Lord on Friday, March 1, 2013. Her husband, her father, her sister and a roomful of loving family and friends were by her side, holding her hands when she left.
She was born Stephanie Laura Drahos in Plano, Texas on January 13, 1981. Stephanie earned her RN degree at Indian River State College and was close to completing her BA so she could go on to become a Nurse Practitioner. Helping others is something Stephanie did often and found great joy in. She received her strength through her belief in God.
Stephanie married the love of her life, Robbie, on August 1, 2009 after being “set up” by a special friend. She joined him in his passion for off shore and deep sea fishing. Being a wife, mother and nurse was not only her calling but her greatest happiness in life.
Stephanie was a unique and irreplaceable person that will be missed by her loving husband, Robbie Rowley; her precious daughters, Karen DeVoss and Tori Rowley; her father, Frank Drahos; and mother Karen Davis. She will also be missed by her stepmother, Katrina Drahos along with Mama Kaye and Papa Bill Arlington. She leaves a hole in the heart of her devoted sister, Courtney Jones; her brother-in-law, Matthew Jones; along with her brothers, Matt Drahos, his wife, Jenn Drahos, and Jeff Davis and Stuart Davis. Stephanie is also survived by her very special nieces, Miranda Jones and Harlow Robbins as well as her nephews, Blane Davis and Alex Davis.
Stephanie believed in living life to the fullest. She loved having a house full of people and being with her loved ones and friends every chance she could. She was happiest with her toes in the sand, her feet in the water (especially that Bahamian water!) and her family by her side.
